You can set up your return or refund on our website. Our system knows which items the store needs back and which items you can keep. Open the website and make your login. Find your order and choose the option for Get a Refund. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to show in your account. If the refund does not arrive, you may need to reach out to your bank. You can cancel your order on our website 7 days before the delivery schedule in your home.

Our delivery time is business hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We have 3 scheduling spaces for your choice:

Monday to Saturday:

  • Morning: 8am to 12pm
  • Afternoon: 12pm to 4pm
  • Night: 4pm to 8pm


  • Morning: 8am to 12pm
  • Afternoon: 12pm to 4pm

Yes. Just access the website and change the date, as long as at least 8 days before your next scheduled delivery.

We send at least 2 emails and an SMS reminding, every schedule delivery: the first email, 10 days before the next delivery; SMS 8 days before; and one more email 7 days before (last day to make adjustments to your basket).

You assemble your monthly, weekly or biweekly basket by selecting the products you want, click on “Checkout”, check the list of selected products and their value, select the day and time you want to receive your purchases and register your card.

(X) will choose the same day for the next deliveries. For example, if you choose Wednesday delivery, our system will schedule deliveries every Wednesday on weekly and biweekly orders.
If your order is monthly, the system will choose the same day, for example if your first choice was a delivery on 09.10.2020 the next delivery will be on 10.10.2020. (But rest assured, you can change later =)

This is very rare to happen here at Groclist (and whenever it happens, our team spends hours in the city in search of the product in question). But if any of the products on your list is missing (which can happen due to unforeseen spikes in demand by the industry, for example), you can choose one of two options:

  • receive a similar replacement product; or
  • receive a refund for the missing product in the form of a discount coupon for the next purchase.

The minimum delivery time for Groclist is 7 days. It is this time that allows us to have no stock and have time to buy from suppliers (after order confirmation) and better plan logistics; this greater efficiency is passed on in the form of low prices. In the first delivery, this time is more felt; but in subsequent deliveries this is less relevant, as customers already know well in advance of the pre-scheduled delivery date (and have time to postpone or advance delivery if they need to).

Our delivery area is constantly expanding. At the moment we are serving only the Silicon Valley, soon we will expand to the entire Bay Area and as demand we will expand to the whole of California.
